Pimento Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lb shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp ground onion
- 1 7 oz jar chopped pimentos
- 1 pt mayonnaise
Directions
- Cream all ingredients until well blended and spreadable
- Add more mayonnaise if necessary to spread well
