Pina Colada Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 large can pina colada cream of coconut
- 1 medium Cool Whip
- 1 frozen pkg coconut or fresh coconut
Directions
- Mix yellow cake mix according to directions and bake
- When cake is done punch holes in cake with end of wooden spoon
- Spoon cream of coconut on cake and let cool
- You can use can of Eagle Brand milk to make cake richer along with cream of coconut
- Mix Cool Whip and coconut together and put on cake leave some coconut for topping
- You may also use crushed pineapple
- Keep refrigerated
