Pina Colada Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 13 c vegetable oil
• 1 tsp coconut extract
• 1 tsp rum extract
• 1 14 c crushed pineapple do not drain
• 1 c chopped walnuts
• 1 c coconut
• 1 box vanilla instant pudding

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes Makes 24 muffins
