Pina Colada Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 box Pillsbury yellow cake mix
• 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
• 1 tsp. rum flavoring
• 1 c. coconut
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• 1 c. drained crushed pineapple

Directions

1. Use electric mixer.
2. Prepare cake as directed on box.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix 1 minute.
4. Use muffin cups or grease muffin pans well.
5. Preheat oven to 350°.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. I frosted mine with cream cheese frosting.
