Pina Colada Pie

Ingredients

• 1 12 c crushed vanilla wafers
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 13 c melted butter
• 14 tsp nutmeg
• 1 c toasted coconut divided in half
• 3 12 pt containers heavy cream
• 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple undrained
• 2 Tbsp dark rum
• 12 envelope unflavored gelatin
• 14 c water
• 1 6 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding

Directions

1. To prepare crust mix crushed vanilla wafers sugar nutmeg and 12 cup coconut
2. Add melted butter and mix well
3. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan and bake 10 minutes at 350
