Pineapple-Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 34 tsp salt
- 1 12 c Mazola oil
- 2 c grated carrots
- 1 c crushed pineapple drained
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Add oil and blend
- Add eggs and mix
- Add carrots nuts and pineapple
- Mix well
- Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 in a 9 x 13-inch pan
