Pineapple-Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 1 12 c Mazola oil
  • 2 c grated carrots
  • 1 c crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together
  2. Add oil and blend
  3. Add eggs and mix
  4. Add carrots nuts and pineapple
  5. Mix well
  6. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 in a 9 x 13-inch pan
