Pineapple-Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 2 c grated Cheddar
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
- 14 c finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp minced chives
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 14 c mayonnaise
Directions
- Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours
- Serve on crackers Melba toast or very thin sandwich bread such as rye or pumpernickel
