Pineapple-Coconut Dessert

Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 13 c sugar
- 13 tsp salt
- 3 c milk
- 1 12 c 9 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 12 c whipped cream
- 3 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 34 c cold water
- 1 12 c coconut
Directions
- Beat together egg yolks sugar and salt Add to milk that has been scalded and cooled Cook over hot water in double boiler until custard coats spoon
