Pineapple-Coconut Pie

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 c coconut
- 1 small can crushed pineapple undrained
- 1 tsp lemon flavoring
- 2 pie shells
Directions
- Mix butter sugar and flour Blend in slightly beaten eggs Add remaining ingredients and mix well Pour into pie shells and bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes
