Pineapple-Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 c coconut
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple undrained
  • 1 tsp lemon flavoring
  • 2 pie shells

Directions

  1. Mix butter sugar and flour Blend in slightly beaten eggs Add remaining ingredients and mix well Pour into pie shells and bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes
