Pineapple-Pear Mold

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 2 12 c orange juice
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple juice packed
  • 2 medium pears peeled cored and chopped
  • 6 packets Equal

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan soften gelatin in 12 cup of the orange juice
  2. Stir in undrained crushed pineapple and remaining orange juice
  3. Chill until partially set
  4. Fold in pears and Equal and turn mixture into a 6-cup mold
  5. Chill until firm
  6. Unmold onto a plate
  7. Makes 8 servings
