Pineapple-Pear Mold

Ingredients
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 2 12 c orange juice
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple juice packed
- 2 medium pears peeled cored and chopped
- 6 packets Equal
Directions
- In a small saucepan soften gelatin in 12 cup of the orange juice
- Stir in undrained crushed pineapple and remaining orange juice
- Chill until partially set
- Fold in pears and Equal and turn mixture into a 6-cup mold
- Chill until firm
- Unmold onto a plate
- Makes 8 servings
