Pineapple-Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice drained save juice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
Directions
- Melt margarine in 13 x 9 inch pan
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top
- Top with pineapple
- Mix cake using juice as part of water Pour batter over pineapple
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
- When done immediately invert onto cookie sheet
- Frost cake with pineapple brown sugar on bottom of pan
