Pineapple-Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 12 cup margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice drained save juice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix

Directions

  1. Melt margarine in 13 x 9 inch pan
  2. Sprinkle brown sugar on top
  3. Top with pineapple
  4. Mix cake using juice as part of water Pour batter over pineapple
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
  6. When done immediately invert onto cookie sheet
  7. Frost cake with pineapple brown sugar on bottom of pan
