Pineapple Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs beaten
• 2 c sugar
• 34 c Miracle Whip
• 34 c oil
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 2 12 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp nutmeg
• 8 oz crushed pineapple undrained
• 1 c mashed bananas 3 of them

Directions

1. Beat eggs sugar Miracle Whip oil and vanilla at medium speed until light and fluffy
2. Add dry ingredients alternately with pineapple and bananas mixing well after each addition
3. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan
4. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350
5. Cool Frost cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
