Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple undrained
- 5 slices white bread crusts removed
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add eggs one at a time beating well Mix in pineapple and juice
- Cube bread and add to pineapple mixture
- Bake in a greased casserole at 350 for 1 hour
- Serves 6
