Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 12 c butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple undrained
  • 5 slices white bread crusts removed

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs one at a time beating well Mix in pineapple and juice
  3. Cube bread and add to pineapple mixture
  4. Bake in a greased casserole at 350 for 1 hour
  5. Serves 6
