Pineapple Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 23 c sugar
- 12 c water
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Icing Bring sugar and water to a boil Continue
- boiling until mixture spins a thread and remove from heat Beat egg whites while sugar mixture cooks Egg whites
- will form a peak Add vanilla and heated sugar mixture to egg whites Mix well
