Pineapple Cake

Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg white cake mix
  • 1 pkg regular vanilla pudding
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c sugar
  • 4 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 c oleo
  • 1 c sugar
  • ground nuts

Directions

  1. Bake cake mix as directed in a cookie sheet
  2. Let cool
  3. Mix pudding with milk
  4. Let cool
  5. Next mix the pineapple 1 cup sugar
  6. and cornstarch cook until thick
  7. Let cool
  8. Cream together the cooled pudding oleo and 1 cup sugar
  9. Beat 20 minutes
  10. Spread on cake
  11. Top with the cooled pineapple and sprinkle with ground nuts
  12. Delicious and freezes well
