Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 1 pkg regular vanilla pudding
- 1 c milk
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 c sugar
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 c oleo
- 1 c sugar
- ground nuts
Directions
- Bake cake mix as directed in a cookie sheet
- Let cool
- Mix pudding with milk
- Let cool
- Next mix the pineapple 1 cup sugar
- and cornstarch cook until thick
- Let cool
- Cream together the cooled pudding oleo and 1 cup sugar
- Beat 20 minutes
- Spread on cake
- Top with the cooled pineapple and sprinkle with ground nuts
- Delicious and freezes well
