Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 20 oz cans chunk pineapple
- 34 c sugar
- 6 Tbsp self-rising flour
- 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 12 c margarine
Directions
- Drain the pineapple reserving the juice
- Mix sugar flour and 6 tablespoons pineapple juice Mix well Add cheese and then the pineapple Pour into a greased baking dish
