Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
• 1 c chopped nuts pecans divided in half
• 14 c finely chopped green pepper
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 1 Tbsp seasoned salt

Directions

1. Mix together to form a ball
2. Save half of pecans to roll finished ball in This tastes better if made a day ahead
