Pineapple Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 15 14 oz cans pineapple tidbits drained
- 2 c cheddar cheese grated
- 1 c sugar may use less
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 20-25 Ritz crackers crushed
- 1 stick oleo melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine 1 can of drained pineapple 1 can of pineapple with juice and cheese in a bowlMix well
- Mix flour and sugar and add to pineapple cheese mixture
- Pour into 2 quart casserole
- Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and drizzle with margarineBake for 30 minutes or until brown on top
