Pineapple Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 boxes cream cheese
- 8 oz whipping cream
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 14 c sugar
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 can crushed pineapple well drained
Directions
- Mix it all together
- Add eggs beat lightly again
- Grease pan with butter and dust with graham crackers
- Cook at 300 for 57 minutes or until surface is 12 set
