Pineapple ChickenChina

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts cut small
- 2 large cans chunk pineapple
- 14 tsp ginger
- 12 bunch scallions cut in 1-inch pieces
- 3 Tbsp peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp white wine
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic minced
Directions
- Add some water to the cornstarch stir into paste
- Set aside Heat a wok
- Add the oil then the ginger garlic and chicken Fry them for a while then add soy sauce wine and 1 teaspoon sugar
- Fry for awhile then cover the wok
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes
- Uncover fry a little more
- Add the pineapple
- Fry a little more
- Add rest of sugar
- Cook for 30 seconds
- Add the scallions and fry awhile
- At last add the paste cook for a few seconds until the paste is cooked
- Serves 4 people
