Pineapple Cocktail Barbecue

Ingredients

• 1 1 lb 4 oz can pineapple chunks
• 1 c 10 oz jar red cherry jelly or preserves
• 14 c ketchup
• 3 whole cloves
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce optional
• 12 to 1 lb ground beef
• 12 to 1 lb Vienna sausages

Directions

1. Drain pineapple and save syrup
2. Combine the syrup with the jelly or preserves ketchup cloves cinnamon and salt
3. Heat to boiling
