Pineapple Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 2 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 13 c flour
- 12 c crushed pineapple
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Cream shortening sugar and egg then add lemon extract and pineapple
- Add dry ingredients
- Mix well
- Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 until lightly brown
