Pineapple Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 12 c drained crushed pineapple

Directions

1. Cream shortening and sugar
2. Add egg and beat
3. Sift the four dry ingredients
4. Add vanilla
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart
6. Bake 12 minutes in 375 oven or until brown
