Pineapple Cream Cheese Gelatin Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 pkg Dream Whip
  • 34 c chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Cook sugar and pineapple 5 minutes
  2. Let cool
  3. Dissolve gelatin in cold water
  4. Add gelatin to sugar and pineapple and chill
  5. Beat in separate bowls the cream cheese and Dream Whip When pineapple is cold beat in the cream cheese and the Dream Whip until well mixed
  6. Add nuts
  7. Place in mold and refrigerate
