Pineapple Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 8-inch baked pie shell
- 1 large can pineapple chunks
- 1 12 c juice from pineapple
- 1 12 c condensed milk
- 1 large box Jell-O pudding and pie filling vanilla
- meringue topping
Directions
- Prepare pudding and pie filling using the juice and condensed milk instead of regular milk
- After pudding comes to a boil add pineapple chunks as desired and pour pudding into pie shell
- Top with meringue topping
- Bake until brown
- Let cool until pudding sets
