Pineapple Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 8-inch baked pie shell
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 1 12 c juice from pineapple
  • 1 12 c condensed milk
  • 1 large box Jell-O pudding and pie filling vanilla
  • meringue topping

Directions

  1. Prepare pudding and pie filling using the juice and condensed milk instead of regular milk
  2. After pudding comes to a boil add pineapple chunks as desired and pour pudding into pie shell
  3. Top with meringue topping
  4. Bake until brown
  5. Let cool until pudding sets
