Pineapple Crush Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box pineapple cake mix
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix 4 serving size
  • 2 c cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple drained
  • 2 c Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Bake cake mix as directed in 3 pans Combine pudding mix milk and cream cheese
  2. Spread 13 of the pineapple on each cake layer making sure layers are completely cool Spread pudding mixture on top of pineapple on each layer
  3. Stack layers and cover with whipped topping
  4. A small amount of pudding mixture may be added to whipped topping to flavor
