Pineapple Date Bread

Ingredients
- 1 beaten egg
- 13 c milk
- 13 c salad oil
- 1 9 oz can 1 c crushed pineapple
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 1 c chopped dates
- 3 c sifted flour
- 34 c sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 34 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine egg milk shortening pineapple nuts and dates Sift together dry ingredients Add to first mixture and stir just to moisten Grease baking pan Bake at 350 for 55 minutes
