Pineapple Dip

Ingredients
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- 34 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 c 1 medium Cool Whip
Directions
- Mix pineapple sugar egg and flour
- Cook over medium heat until thick stirring constantly
- When cool add cream cheese and Cool Whip
- Mix with a whisk
- Refrigerate
- Serve with sliced fruit such as apples pears and strawberries
