Pineapple Drop Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c Crisco shortening
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 4 c flour
Directions
- Cream together sugars and Crisco
- Beat in eggs and pineapple Add dry ingredients to pineapple mixture
- Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes
