Pineapple Filling
Ingredients
- 10 to 12 slices cubed white bread
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 4 eggs
- 34 c sugar
- 14 lb butter
Directions
- Drain pineapple keep juice
- Beat sugar eggs and butter until light and fluffy
- Pour over bread cubes and drained pineapple
- Add enough juice to moisten well
- Bake at 350 for approximately 35 to 40 minutes
- Serve from oven
