Pineapple Filling

Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 12 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 6 slices bread
- 12 c butter
Directions
- Beat pineapple eggs sugar and flour with a fork
- Pour into greased casserole dish
- Cut bread into cubes and brown in butter Place cubes on top of pineapple mixture
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Cool for 15 minutes before serving
- Serve with main course in place of potatoes
- Serves 6
