Dissolve gelatin in hot water Add additional water to pineapple liquid to make 1 12-cups Add pineapple liquid vinegar and salt to gelatin chill until slightly thickened Add pineapple to carrots fold into gelatin mixture Chill until firm cut into squares Serve on lettuce leaf
