Pineapple Icebox Cake

Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 14 c cream
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c butter
- 1 c crushed pineapple
- nut meats
- 30 graham crackers
- whipped cream
Directions
- Cook egg yolks and cream until thick
- Set aside to cool Cream together sugar and butter
- Then add 2 beaten egg whites then cooked egg yolks and cream
- Add pineapple and nuts
- Roll graham crackers until fine
- Place a layer of crumbs then one of filling
- Repeat
- Garnish with whipped cream
