Pineapple Icing
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 large can crushed pineapple drained
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except pineapple
- Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes or until thick
- Stir constantly
- Remove from heat and add pineapple
- Spread on cooled cake
