Pineapple Lime Salad

Ingredients

• 1 12 c cold water
• 1 3 oz pkg lime jello
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 2 8 oz cans crushed pineapple drained
• 1 12 c miniature marshmallows
• 12 c nuts optional

Directions

1. Boil 1 cup water stir in jello
2. Add 12 cup cold water and lemon juice
3. Add jello to cream cheese and mix
4. Chill until thickened but not set
5. Fold in pineapple marshmallows and nuts Pour into ring mold and chill until firm
