Pineapple Mint Freeze

Ingredients

• 1 small box lime Jell-O 3 oz
• 1 13 oz can crushed pineapple
• 1 pkg Kraft butter mints crushed
• 1 small carton Cool Whip
• 12 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Stir together first two ingredients and let stand several hours or overnight
2. Add rest of ingredients and mix well
3. Pour in container and freeze 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch dish works well
4. Serve frozen if not all used it refreezes well for next meal
