Pineapple Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 slice white bread
- 1 egg beaten
- 12 c pineapple in own juice
- 14 c nonfat dry milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp artificial sweetener
Directions
- Break bread into small pieces in bowl
- Add remaining ingredients
- Beat until well mixed
- Pour into nonstick muffin cups
- Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes
- Yields 4 servings
