Pineapple Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 slice white bread
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 12 c pineapple in own juice
  • 14 c nonfat dry milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp artificial sweetener

Directions

  1. Break bread into small pieces in bowl
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Beat until well mixed
  4. Pour into nonstick muffin cups
  5. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes
  6. Yields 4 servings
