Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 14 c all-purpose flour
  • 2 14 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp nutmeg
  • 14 tsp ginger
  • 1 12 c Rice Chex cereal crushed to 34 c
  • 12 c chopped nuts
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in unsweetened pineapple juice undrained
  • 14 c water
