Pineapple Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 2 14 c all-purpose flour
- 2 14 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 14 tsp ginger
- 1 12 c Rice Chex cereal crushed to 34 c
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in unsweetened pineapple juice undrained
- 14 c water

- Grease 8 12 x 4 12 x 2 12-inch loaf pan
