Pineapple Nut Salad

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon gelatin
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 8 12 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 12 c nondairy creamer
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 c broken walnuts or pecans
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in water
- Drain pineapple juice into measuring cup
- Add water to make 1 cup
- Stir into gelatin mixture
- Combine cottage cheese pineapple creamer and lemon juice
- Add nuts stir into gelatin mixture
- Chill
