Pineapple Parfait Salad

Ingredients

• 2 3 oz lime jello
• 2 c boiling water
• 1 large can crushed pineapple undrained
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 c sour cream
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Dissolve jello and water
2. Add pineapple
3. Chill
4. until slightly thickened
5. Soften and blend cream cheese and sour cream Stir in jello mixture
6. Add nuts and chill
