Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 8 oz crushed pineapple drained
• 12 c chopped green pepper
• 12 c chopped green onion
• 1 tsp lemon pepper
• 1 tsp seasoned salt
• 2 c chopped pecans divided in half
• assorted crackers

Directions

1. In mixing bowl whip cream cheese until smooth
2. Gently stir in pineapple green pepper onion seasonings and 12 cup nuts Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball Refrigerate several hours or overnight
