Pineapple Philly Pie

Ingredients

• 13 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 8 14 oz can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup undrained
• 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
• 1 8 oz pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
• 12 c sugar
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 c milk
• 2 eggs
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 14 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. In saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch Gradually add pineapple Cook stirring constantly until clear and thickened Cool Spread onto bottom of pastry shell
