Pineapple Philly Pie

Ingredients
- 13 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 8 14 oz can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup undrained
- 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
- 1 8 oz pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 14 c chopped pecans
Directions
- In saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch Gradually add pineapple Cook stirring constantly until clear and thickened Cool Spread onto bottom of pastry shell
