Pineapple Picnic Salad

Ingredients

• 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 3 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks drained
• 1 8 oz carton frozen non-dairy whipped topping thawed

Directions

1. In large bowl gradually stir the undrained crushed pineapple into the cream cheese
2. Stir in the pudding mix
3. Fold in pineapple chunks and whipped topping
4. Cover and chill until serving time
5. Makes 10 to 12 servings
