Pineapple Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 can chunk pineapple
- 12 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick oleo melted
- 14 c flour
- 5 slices bread diced
Directions
- Drain pineapple and set juice side
- Mix flour and sugar
- Add reserved juice stirring well
- Beat egg and add to mixture
- Stir in pineapple
- Pour into casserole dish
- Top with bread cube Pour melted oleo over top
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
