Pineapple Roast

Ingredients
- beef roast
- 5 to 6 potatoes peeled and quartered
- 1 large can pineapple juice
- butter
Directions
- In electric skillet brown roast on all sides in butter
- Pour enough water to cover roast simmer 2 to 3 hours
- Add more water during simmering if necessary
- Drain water if any and place potatoes in skillet with roast
- Pour in pineapple juice
- Cook until juice becomes thick-like sauce and potatoes are tender
