Pineapple Scallopini

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c crushed pineapple
- 12 c milk
- 7 slices toast
- 1 12 sticks butter
Directions
- Melt butter and break toast into pieces
- Pour butter over toast
- Drain pineapple partially
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over toast
- Bake covered for 30 minutes
- Great with ham
