Pineapple Sheet Pie

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 regular or 1 large vanilla pudding
• 2 cans crushed pineapple (or pie filling)
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 pt. sour cream
• 2 sticks oleo

Directions

1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, egg and oleo with mixer until well blended.
2. Pat in cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
