Pineapple Sherbet

Ingredients

• 1 pineapple
• 1 c water
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 14 c sugar

Directions

1. Slice pineapple in half lengthwise
2. Remove pulp and place in saucepan with the remaining ingredients
3. Cook 5 minutes
