Pineapple Souffle

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large can pineapple, drained
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- roasted pecans
Directions
- Melt butter in pan (9 x 9-inch).
- Mix together the next 5 ingredients and pour into baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, 1 tablespoon sugar and roasted pecans. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
