Pineapple Spoon Bread

Ingredients
- 12 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 4 slices bread or croissants
- 12 c butter melted
- 1 14 lb can 2 12 c crushed pineapple with juice
Directions
- Grease 2-quart casserole Mix sugar flour and salt Beat in eggs Add pineapple Pour in pan Tear bread or croissants into pieces and spread over mixture
- Pour melted butter over bread Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour or until it stops jiggling
