Pineapple Spoon Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 4 eggs well beaten
  • 6 slices white bread crusts removed if desired
  • 1 large can 16 oz crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend well Grease a 2-quart Pyrex dish
  3. Pour remaining into pan and bake 1 hour at 350
  4. This is a good accompaniment to roast pork fresh ham or baked ham
  5. Enjoy
