Pineapple Spoon Bread
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c sugar
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 6 slices white bread crusts removed if desired
- 1 large can 16 oz crushed pineapple
Directions
- Cream the butter and sugar
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well Grease a 2-quart Pyrex dish
- Pour remaining into pan and bake 1 hour at 350
- This is a good accompaniment to roast pork fresh ham or baked ham
- Enjoy
