Pineapple Tarts

Pineapple Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 14 c sugar
  • tart crust

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple from juice
  2. Make a thick syrup of juice and 1 cup sugar
  3. Roll out tart crust and spread thin layer of pineapple sprinkle with dry sugar
  4. Fold tart and fry slowly until golden brown
  5. Place on platter and cover with pineapple syrup
