Pineapple Torte

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz can pineapple
  • 1 c sugar
  • 4 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 c margarine
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 14 c oatmeal
  • 1 12 c whole wheat or white flour
  • 1 tsp soda

Directions

  1. Cook pineapple sugar and cornstarch
  2. Stir until thick Cool
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pack in a 9 x 13-inch pan up 12-inch on sides
  4. Save small amount for topping
  5. Pour in pineapple mixture
  6. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
