Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c self rising flour
- 34 c pineapple syrup and rings
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 c brown sugar
Directions
- Cream shortening and sugar adding eggs one at a time Beat in sifted flour and pineapple syrup Mix well In a 9x13 pan melt butter pour in brown sugar Then pour in cake batter Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done You could place a cherry in the middle of the pineapple rings before baking
