Pink Christmas Frozen Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 8 14 oz can crushed pineapple undrained
- 1 8 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 1 c Cool Whip
Directions
- Mix in all ingredients
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Place in paper liners in muffin tins and freeze
- Serve on lettuce leaf
- Serves 12
